Your iPad may have a faulty camera, or the camera function has been interrupted by another action.

How do I fix this?

I cannot scan the barcode.

Why am I seeing this Error?

The Barcode may be corrupted, or the camera might not be scanning it correctly.

How do I fix this?

and manually input the Patient's ID and Date of Birth.

and try scanning again.

I got a Sensor Connection Error: I cannot find my device(s) that I connected.

Why am I seeing this Error?

The signal may be too weak, the device may have no battery or there is a minor hardware problem.

How do I fix this?

I got a Download Error.
